SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our beautiful and colourful handcrafted jewellery and accessories are shipped across the globe.

Spangles orders are shipped Mondays to Fridays from Accra, Ghana to all International delivery destinations via EMS. We endeavour to ship as quickly as possible, however, because our products are handcrafted and not mass produced, occasional delays are inevitable. Our customer care team is always available and will promptly update you or answer any additional questions you may have with regards to the shipment of your order.  We can be reached at info@spanglesgh.com.

PROCESSING TIME

All Spangles orders run on a 7-14 business day processing and shipping time. Kindly note that this does not include weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once your order has left the shores of Ghana, another email will be sent, that your order has been completed.  

Processing time is in addition to shipping time. Most customers receive their packages within 7 business days.

THIRD PARTY RELATED MATTERS

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once packages are in the possession of EMS Ghana. We entreat our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.

We strongly advise against changes in address when an order has been shipped, however should it happen, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Please note that packages returned to sender due to inability to sign or retrieve from courier company will result in additional shipping charges. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Our international customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will not appear on your Spangles invoice, but will be presented by the shipping company upon delivery of your package.

Customs duty and import tax are specific to the country of your ship-to address. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact the local customs office of your ship-to address.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unlikely event that you received a defective product or a wrong product, you may return the unworn/unused product to Spangles within 14 business days of receipt of product for a refund or exchange.  Please note that items that are damaged because of usage are not considered to be defective products.

To make a return or an exchange, simply email us with the reason for the return. Returned packages must include securely packaged merchandise and the original invoice.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to us in original condition.

All custom items discounted, and sale items are final sale and are not subject to refund or exchange.

Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable. 


RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original credit card, PayPal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers, unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. 

If you used a gift voucher, you will be issued with a store credit. The amount is automatically added to your Account and will be valid for one year.
